    Propellerheads the real magnificent men...

I am just disapointed that now the general perception of microlighters is that we are all pie eaters. Didnt see one single "average" size pilot in the film.

What is it that our sports attracts the...

    Propellerheads the real magnificent men...

I have learnt a couple of things reading this thread. Some people take this business way too seriously and Mr Dewhurst has learnt where the spellchecker is. :-)

Looking forward to watching it next...

    What would you have done?

After reading Daivd M's post I am thinking of writing to my MP to ask that microlights be banned. Clearly they are a danger to the public

    What would you have done?

Only do it if you want publicity or interest that you cannot control.

To me its seems its very much a private matter. Will it change the publics outlook of microlights? Doubtful

    Camping tips please.

The Coleman Peak 6.25 or Peak 6.15 are both brilliant bits of kit.

They are the from their expedition range and often are seen keeping adventurers warm at the North Pole.

    Budget Helmet Camcorder

I have a couple Kev and they are not bad. Paid £4.95 on eBay.

Limited power, they last for about 45 minutes and produce better quality video than my ATC5K bullet helmet camera (£150ish).

Given the recent inappropriate personal comments on in the "This Forum is Moving" I thought I would take a more positive approach in challenging the Council members and the BMAA.

    X'air Pitot Tube

Interestingly enough the pitot tubing that goes from the wing into the instruments on my XAir is 8mm ID and 10mm OD. I found this out as I ordered the wrong size two weeks ago.

    BMAA Social Media

    Three cheers for Paul!

My only complaint is now I can see more microlighters profiles the vast majority are ugly and over middle aged.

If it carries on like this I am taking up netball.

    BMAA + LAA ?
