Just pondering if the BMAA staff involved in this event are doing so in their own time or as volunteers?

If its as volunteers then all well and good - but if its as employees of the BMAA I have issues. We have many events around the country that are primarily BMAA members or at least promoting our Association to our members. A member benefit basically. But... if we are using waged time then here we have a situation where BMAA money.. our money basically... is being used to promote a type of aircraft that is leading members away from the BMAA. Possibly towards the BHPA that has negotiated excellent deals for dereg owners..

Its a bit like a milkman promoting someone elses milk round - utter madness.
