      ... and the 90 day rule does not require you to be "pilot in command", simply the person who is "sole manipulator of the controls" during the take-offs and landings.

      I have sat as pilot in command (either as instructor) when someone else did the take-offs and landings. The wouldn't count towards my 90-day requirement, but they would have counted to the pilot's 2-year flight under instruction time requirement.

      But hey, the question, wrongly phrased, was looking for "90 days" as the answer
